Henry Young CFA, CVA
Chief Executive Officer
Henry graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor (Hons) of Commerce. He was awarded the CFA Charter in 2017 and has over 10 years of experience providing advisory and valuation services. His portfolio includes several major M&A projects as well as large scale digital transformation projects in the APAC region for Financial Institutions. He also provides valuation services in various industries including fintech, renewable energy, insurance, engineering, healthcare as well as real estate. Henry currently advises on valuation services for Fund Management Clients in the region and he is also a Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA) holder. Contact at henry.young@protegefs.com

Bryan is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and graduated from University of London with a MSc in Professional Accountancy and Oxford Brookes University with a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting. Joining from a tier-1 global fund administrator, Bryan has spent the majority of his career in the finance industry, with over 12 years of experience in fund administration operations and valuation services servicing a comprehensive portfolio of product classes including equity, fixed income, structured products and OTC instruments with strong exposure to private wealth products and local financial regulatory requirements. Andrew had graduated from the University of Liverpool with a Bachelor (Hons) of Law and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2013. Joining with a legal background, Andrew has extensive experience serving as legal counsel for listed companies and global start-ups, with strong experience in legal advisory and investor relations across a broad spectrum of industries. Andrew currently advises the legal and investor relations department of Protege and provides insights to other core functions such as KYC and risk management reporting.
